Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), MA (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul li pInvestment Strategy and Planning: /p ul liDevelop and implement the investment strategy in alignment with the firm’s objectives. /li liIdentify and evaluate new investment opportunities. /li liConduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions. /li /ul /li li pDeal Sourcing and Origination: /p ul liSource and originate new investment opportunities through industry contacts, networking, and market research. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other deal sources. /li liEvaluate potential investments and present opportunities to the investment committee. /li /ul /li li pDue Diligence: /p ul liLead due diligence efforts including financial, operational, and legal assessments. /li liWork with internal and external advisors to conduct thorough due diligence. /li liDevelop investment theses and valuation models. /li /ul /li li pTransaction Execution: /p ul liNegotiate and structure investment transactions. /li liManage the drafting and review of legal documents and agreements. /li liOversee the closing process for investments. /li /ul /li li pPortfolio Management: /p ul liMonitor and manage portfolio companies to maximize value creation. /li liProvide strategic guidance and support to portfolio company management teams. /li liDevelop and implement exit strategies to realize returns on investments. /li /ul /li li pTeam Leadership and Development: /p ul liLead and mentor junior investment professionals. /li liFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. /li liPromote continuous learning and professional development within the team. /li /ul /li li pEducation: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
