Transfer materials from the NPI warehouse to the NPI assembly area and prepare workplaces / equipment for the assembly start Perform pre-assembly of subcomponents, press fit of PCBAs and main assembly of charger (mechanical assembly and wiring) Support parameterization and testing processes in alignment with the Equipment/Test Engineers for NPI Conduct final checks, packaging of completed products and document assembly trials in collaboration with the NPI Supervisor Review and correct bill of materials in collaboration with the NPI Supervisor and NPI Planner, report quality issues and actively contribute to process improvements Minimum secondary school diploma with vocational training in a technical field,
preferably electrical engineering or mechatronics Several years of experience in an industrial environment in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics Manual dexterity and good technical understanding, proficiency in MS Office is desirable Reliability, willingness to learn, independent and structured working style, with flexibility and adaptability English is required, Italian and German are desirable Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility A wide range of further training opportunities Total compensation starting from €33,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement Additional company benefits #
