Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Italian Customer Care Agent | E-Commerce position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service support via phone, email, and chat for a global retail brand.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Resolve complex consumer issues related to both online shopping and physical retail store experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions to ensure data accuracy and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics or supply chain challenges impacting the customer.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction scores by offering efficient, brand-aligned solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest retail trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable, expert-level advice.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory for these Italian-speaking jobs).
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.
- Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex CRM systems with ease.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and a professional tone.
