Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Description The intern will support the Remarketing Team in achieving its business objectives by contributing to activities related to the end-of-contract phase of rental and leasing vehicles and their subsequent sales. Under the guidance of the Sales Administration and Local Sales Team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in administrative and after-sales processes related to vehicles owned by Volkswagen Bank and Volkswagen Leasing. Role and duty – core business Administration of buy-back sales (RAC vehicles) to the National Sales Company (VGI) Communication of sales results and confirmation of winning bidders (local sales process) Monitoring and control of incoming payments (local sales process Support in credit checks on buyers (local sales process) Support in the release of sold vehicles (local sales process) Support in ownership transfer and invoicing activities (local sales process) Assistance with back-office activities, such as self-billing,



vehicle registration record checks and customer data updates Communication and coordination with buyers and external stakeholders Support in the management of severely damaged vehicles and wrecks Support in B2C sales processes Competences Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a particular focus on Excel (intermediate level or above) Passion for and interest in the automotive industry Good command of written and spoken English Curiosity about digital tools, AI and emerging technologies is considered a plus Personal flairs Problem-solving attitude Ability to work effectively under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset Flexibility and adaptability Sense of responsibility Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments Job ID: 30996 Company: VOLKSWAGEN BANK GMBH
