As a Hardware Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of electronic systems for components, including control boards, sensor interfaces, and power management circuits.

About this vacancy
- Schematic design;
- PCB layout;
- EMC compliance and integration of specific sensors and actuators;
- Support for prototyping and validation activities.
What we expect from you
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;
- Strong foundation in digital and analog electronics;
- Good knowledge of circuit simulation tools;
- Strong understanding of electronic measurement instrumentation;
- Knowledge of Altium or similar tools;
- Good command of Italian and English;
- Strong motivation towards TMC's Employeneurship model.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract and a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting at no less than €31,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:
- a component for profit-sharing from the project;
- an annual individual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
- an annual welfare credit.
