Internship – Booking Management & Customer Care Assistant – Rome

Crown Tours, a company operating in the tourism industry, is looking for 2 motivated candidates to join our team as interns at our Rome office.

The selected candidates will be involved in back-office operations, booking management, and customer support activities, particularly related to two of Barcelona's most popular tourist attractions: Sagrada Familia and Park Güell.

Main Responsibilities

- Managing and purchasing tickets for Sagrada Familia and Park Güell.
- Organizing and monitoring bookings and reservations.
- Providing customer support and handling inquiries related to visits and tickets.
- Supporting daily back-office operations.

Requirements

- Good command of English is essential.
- Knowledge of Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

This opportunity is intended for candidates who are currently unemployed and not enrolled in any educational or training courses.

Previous experience in the tourism industry is not required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.

Available Positions and Compensation

Position 1 – Full-Time Internship

- Working hours: 40 hours per week.

Position 2 – Tempo parziale Internship

- Working hours: 30 hours per week.
