About the role

We are recruiting for a Night Toolpusher position for onshore drilling and workover operations.

Experience requirement: Candidates must have onshore drilling and/or workover experience relevant to the position. Candidates with both onshore and offshore experience are welcome; offshore-only experience does not meet the requirement.

Certification requirement: IWCF and/or IADC WellSharp certification applicable to the assigned role. TAPROOT training/certification is preferred.

Job Purpose

Maintain safe, continuous, and efficient rig operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all night-shift rig activities and personnel.
- Ensure effective handover from the day shift and continuity of the approved operational program.
- Monitor well-control parameters and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and shift safety inspections.
- Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and third-party service support.
- Record operational progress, downtime, incidents, and outstanding actions.
- Escalate critical operational, equipment, or safety issues to the Rig Manager.





Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience as a Night Toolpusher or Toolpusher on onshore rigs.
- Demonstrated competence in drilling/workover operations, well control, and crew supervision.
- Valid IWCF or IADC WellSharp certification applicable to the assigned role.
- TAPROOT training/certification preferred.
- Ability to manage rig crews independently during night operations.
