This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day. /ppDesigning human experiences for complex technologies. /ph3Posizione /h3pWe are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and integration of software solutions for embedded systems, user interfaces, and back-end applications. /ppThe selected candidate will work closely with developers, designers, and system specialists, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to validation and maintenance. /ph3Main Activities /h3ulliDesign and develop C/C++ software for applications and embedded systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and integration. /liliDevelop user interfaces using Qt/QML and JavaScript, focusing on usability and integration with back-end services, REST APIs, and databases. /liliDevelop, simulate, and validate signal processing algorithms and digital filters, including through MATLAB/Simulink, and port them to the target platform. /liliDevelop and manage back-end components and databases, integrating them with existing systems and applications. /liliPerform software testing, debugging, profiling, and optimization, helping resolve technical issues. /liliMaintain code documentation, version control, and software change management, while contributing to activity planning. /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. /liliAdvanced C++ skills, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, and synchronization, with experience in embedded C/C++ development. /liliExperience with Qt/QML, JavaScript, UI/UX and usability principles, and REST API integration. /liliKnowledge of Embedded Linux and communication buses and protocols, including Modbus, I2C, UART, and SPI. /liliSkills in algorithm design, signal processing, and digital filters, with proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for development, simulation, and validation. /liliExperience designing and managing relational and real-time databases; knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, and major back-end frameworks. /liliProficiency in debugging, profiling, and version control using Git/CVS. /liliStrong teamwork, problem-solving, planning, and technical communication skills, with a results-oriented approach and fluency in technical English. /liliAvailability for occasional travel, subject to project needs and prior agreement. /Full- time, 40 hours per week. /Ancona, on-site. /At RE:LAB, you’ll find more than a role: a place where ideas are valued, growth is supported, and individual perspectives contribute to meaningful innovation. /ph3Our Values in Action /h3ulliIntegrity first: we act with transparency and responsibility in every decision, project, and interaction. /liliDiversity as a strength: different backgrounds and viewpoints help us solve complex problems better. /liliInclusion by design: we encourage open dialogue and create space for everyone to contribute. /liliGrowth mindset: we support continuous learning and professional development through real projects and shared expertise. /li /ulpReady to shape the future of human-machine interaction? /ppJoin a team that values both advanced technology and human connection. /
