We are looking for a Beverage & Food Manager who knows how to turn great operations into unforgettable experiences.

Someone who can lead from the floor, inspire a team, understand the business behind every outlet and bring the W spirit to life every day.

YOUR MISSION

You will lead the day-to-day Beverage & Food operation, bringing together people, performance and guest experience.

You’ll be expected to:

- Lead and inspire the B&F; team, creating a culture of energy, accountability and genuine hospitality.
- Be present in the operation, especially when the energy is high and the hotel is at its busiest.
- Drive consistently elevated service standards across our B&F; experiences.
- Coach, develop and empower the team to grow and perform at their best.
- Keep a close eye on guest feedback and turn insights into action.
- Work closely with Culinary, Sales, Marketing and the wider hotel leadership team.
- Support revenue growth while maintaining strong awareness of costs, productivity and overall financial performance.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and continuously look for ways to make our B&F; experiences more relevant, exciting and memorable.
- Ensure operational excellence, including hygiene, food safety, beverage regulations and brand standards.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You:

- Have solid leadership experience within Food & Beverage, ideally in an upscale, luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Are a natural leader who knows how to motivate different personalities and build strong teams.
- Have strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Understand costs, productivity, revenue and the numbers behind a successful B&F; operation.
- Feel as comfortable engaging with guests on the floor as you do reviewing performance with the leadership team.
- Are proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented.
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage and what’s happening in the lifestyle scene.
- Speak Italian and English confidently.
