Mission as a junior people partner you will have a real impact on the local HR reality, supporting onboarding, performance management and employee experience.

support people partners and business leaders in performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews.

partner with managers on onboarding, probation follow‑ups, development conversations and day‑to‑day people management.

identify and address employee‑relations issues, escalating when necessary.

collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.

ensure proper implementation of people policies and compliance with local regulations.

analyze hr data (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends.

contribute to development plans, learning initiatives and internal communication.

3‑5 years of experience in hr, preferably in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.

- bachelor’s degree in psychology, hr management, labor law, business administration or related field.
- fluent in italian and english.
- good knowledge of excel or googlesheets.
- excellent communication, time‑management and organisational skills.
- experience in analysing hr data and turning insights into actions is a plus.
