We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)
7.63/day meal allowance
- Remote work based in Portugal
- Relocation support package
- Optional shared accommodation support for up to 12 months for international candidates (details discussed during interview process)
- Optional free Portuguese classes and other activities around Lisbon
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues
Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Fluency in Italian and good English level
Customer-oriented mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
- 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
Schedules may vary depending on project available.
