We help consumers save time and money while making smart shopping decisions, and we support retailers and brands in engaging customers from online research to in-store purchases. /p h3WHO WE LOOK FOR /h3 pWe're looking for a bSenior Data Analyst /b to join our Data Analytics team. /p pIn this role, you'll act as a key partner for Product, Data, and Business teams, leading measurement strategies and analytical initiatives to uncover insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. /p pYou'll work cross-functionally to transform complex data into clear narratives that demonstrate the value of our products and guide smarter business choices.br/If you thrive on solving complex analytical problems, enjoy turning data into impactful stories, and love collaborating across teams, this role is for you! /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liPartner with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into analytical solutions. /li liTranslate product requirements into clear data requirements, ensuring data and analytics solutions align with business objectives and product goals. /li liDevelop measurement strategies, frameworks, and KPIs to evaluate product and business performance. /li liDesign and build dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making. /li liConduct impact analyses and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes. /li liDeliver compelling data stories through reports, visualizations, and presentations. /li liDemonstrate the value of Flipp's products and channels through performance tracking and insight storytelling. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU WILL NEED /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Lead. /li liStrong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. /li liAdvanced knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau). /li liFamiliarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar). /li liHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering) to automate and improve analytical workflows. /li liStrong data acumen and the ability to grasp complex data concepts, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams on analytics infrastructure and data pipelines. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business narratives. /li /ul pAt our company, we value diversity and actively encourage it — we believe a variety of perspectives and backgrounds makes us stronger.
