You will act as the bridge between Logistics Operations and Digital Technology, translating business and process needs into clear digital requirements and working closely with technology teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. /ppYour role cover the end-to-end logistics flow, including Transportation, Inbound, Warehouse Management, Picking, Outbound and Customs, with a particular focus on Warehouse Management processes and systems. /ph3As Senior Specialist Logistics Process Digital Tools Professional , you will be responsible for: /h3ulliHold, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across IET, covering transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs, promoting simplification, scalable solutions, common ways of working and best practices /liliTranslate operational needs into clear functional requirements, collaborating with Digital Technology, development teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment and effective user experience /liliAct as the key process owner throughout the digital solution lifecycle, from process evaluation and requirements definition through development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support /liliSupport and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defining test scenarios, executing test cases, identifying defects and validating solutions before deployment /liliLeverage good ERP knowledge, particularly Oracle, to assess impacts, define requirements and support the implementation and evolution of logistics solutions, while driving WMS evolution and adoption in alignment with warehouse operations and standard processes /liliIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and process visibility, including tools such as OBIEE and other reporting solutions /liliIdentify and support the implementation of automation and Artificial Intelligence opportunities across logistics processes, working with Digital Technology and development teams on solutions such as RPA and AI-enabled applications /liliSupport change management, training and user adoption and continuous improvement following the implementation of new processes and digital solutions /li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3pTo be successful in this role, you will: /pulliHold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field /liliHave 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process management, digital transformation or a related field /liliPossess Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs /liliHave experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and a good understanding of how ERP solutions support logistics processes /liliHave experience in digital projects and be able to translate business and process requirements into functional and system requirements /liliHave knowledge of reporting and analytics tools preferably OBIEE, PowerBI /liliUnderstand automation and emerging digital technologies, including RPA and Artificial Intelligence, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams. /liliPossess Good process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills. /liliBe Fluent in Italian and English /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics: /h3ulliUnderstand Manufacturing and Logistics as one connected value stream and optimize the overall business outcome rather than a single function /liliCreate structure, drives strategies, deal with risks and keeps diverse teams focused on delivery, adoption and business value /liliBe comfortable with navigating multi-layered ERP landscapes and evolving business priorities /liliSelect technology based on the business problem and user need, avoiding the digitalization of unnecessary complexity /liliEngage users early, address adoption barriers and help embedding new processes as the standard way of working /liliBalance common enterprise blueprints with site-specific realities and contribute to solutions that can be reused across locations /liliPossess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a validated ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes across /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
