This b10h hour per week /b role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful research in a collaborative and dynamic environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pAs a vital member of the site team, you will help ensure the smooth execution of the clinical trial by performing a range of administrative and clinical support tasks, including: /pulliPrescreening and Screening tasks /liliReview charts from the site data base /liliMaintaining and updating study documentation, including protocols, case report forms (CRFs), Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and eTMFs /liliSupporting patient screening and enrollment, including handling informed consent and privacy documentation /liliIP - site accountability including IP - patient compliance /liliUse of IRT/IWRS systems for subject randomization, investigational product assignment, inventory management, and site-level clinical trial operations /liliProcessing and shipment of lab samples process /liliPatient scheduling support /liliPrinting and certifying EMR /liliCoordinating logistical activities for study procedures in line with the study protocol /liliCommunicating with study monitors and responding to study-related inquiries /liliCarrying out general administrative tasks related to the study /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3pWe are looking for candidates who bring a combination of education, experience, and skills: /pulliBachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant experience in a clinical or medical setting (e.g., clinical research coordinator, research assistant, nurse, medical assistant) /liliSolid understanding of clinical trials and familiarity with study protocols, consent forms, and schedules /liliExperience with lap samples and IRT/IWRS systems /liliGood knowledge of medical terminology /liliStrong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) /lilibMust have at least 2 years experience working as a Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse or Clinical Research Coordinator at a clinical trial site /b /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /liliFluency in English /li /ulh3Why Join IQVIA? /h3pAt IQVIA, you will be part of a global team that is advancing healthcare through data, technology, and human science.
