h3OT Systems Engineer /h3 h3Role Summary /h3 pThe OT Systems Engineer supports the design, implementation, and operation of secure, resilient systems infrastructure for hyperscale data centre OT environments in Siziano, Milan. The role focuses on Operational Technology systems including Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and other critical site infrastructure. /p pWorking closely with internal technology, engineering, operations, and vendor teams, you will help maintain system performance, reliability, and security while supporting troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement in a high-availability environment. This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring regular presence across local data centre sites in the Siziano/Milan area. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeploy, configure, maintain, and optimise OT systems infrastructure across critical data centre environments. /li liSupport Windows, Linux, VMware, and virtualised platforms to maintain performance, resilience, security, and service continuity. /li liMonitor system performance, identify issues or bottlenecks, and implement improvements to support high availability. /li liTroubleshoot complex incidents, work with internal teams and vendors, and help drive root cause resolution and preventive actions. /li liSupport monitoring, patching, backup, maintenance, and documentation activities across OT systems. /li liApply security, operational, and regulatory best practices in a high-availability environments. /li liParticipate in out-of-hours or emergency support when required to maintain service continuity. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liExperience as a Systems Engineer in an enterprise, critical infrastructure, or data centre environment. /li liStrong hands‑on knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, VMware‑based virtualisation, and secure, high‑availability infrastructure. /li liExperience with troubleshooting, systems administration, and operational support in complex technical environments. /li liUnderstanding of security best practices, patching, backup, and system resilience. /li liExperience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Ansible is beneficial. /li liFamiliarity with OT systems such as BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLCs, or HMIs would be an advantage. /li liKnowledge of SAN technologies, backup solutions, infrastructure cabling, Azure/cloud infrastructure, or relevant Microsoft/VMware certifications would be beneficial. /li liStrong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills, with Italian and English language ability at B2/C1 level. /li /ul h3Cosa offriamo / What we Offer /h3 ul liFascia Retributiva (RAL): 45.000 € - 57.000 € + premio di risultato. /li liContratto CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi). /li liBuoni pasto e piano welfare aziendale. /li liAssistenza sanitaria e accesso al fondo pensione complementare, secondo quanto previsto dal CCNL /li liContribuirai allo sviluppo e alla gestione di infrastrutture digitali mission‑critical, operando in alcuni degli ambienti data centre più avanzati d’Europa. /li liCresci con STACK, acquisendo esperienza su progetti di notevole scala e cogliendo concrete opportunità di crescita professionale all’interno di una piattaforma europea in forte espansione. /li /ul pLa fascia retributiva indicata rappresenta il range previsto per il ruolo.
