At Syngenta, we believe every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. /p h3Asset Planner /h3 pbLocation: /b Atessa, Italy /p pbSalary range: /b €35,000–€51,000 gross per year, depending on experience /p h3Role purpose /h3 pThe Asset Planner translates required supply volumes into a feasible, optimised production plan for the Atessa Biologicals site. The role balances customer delivery requirements with available asset capacity, maintains the planning master data that makes plans executable, and escalates deviations early. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain detailed production plans across a 0–3 month horizon to meet required volumes.



/li liOptimise plans for customer delivery and capacity utilisation. /li liDefine and maintain work-centre availability, including factory calendars, available-capacity intervals and loading. /li liMonitor actual versus planned capacity use, report deviations and keep availability data current. /li liEnsure standard-time and routing changes are accurately reflected in SAP planning transactions. /li liPartner with the Technical department to establish asset and product throughput rates, securing Site Manager agreement before routing data is entered. /li liLead the weekly planning meeting and communicate weekly and monthly plan targets. /li liWork with Production, Supply Chain Planning and Technical teams to resolve threats to plan delivery and act as the Supply communication interface for production blockers. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of production planning and SAP master data. /li liSolid understanding of capacity, routings, standard times and scheduling. /li liAnalytical problem-solving skills and confidence facilitating cross-functional discussions and escalations. /li liProfessional proficiency in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pSyngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
