p Job description ulli Manage electrical installation packages throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring works meet programme, quality and technical requirements.
/lili Oversee electrical subcontractors, coordinating site activities, labour resources and progress against project schedules.
/lili Manage electrical site operations, working closely with project managers, engineering teams, consultants and other contractors.
/lili Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, project specifications and QA/QC procedures.
/lili Monitor electrical package costs, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, subcontractors and variations.
/lili Coordinate material procurement and deliveries to support construction schedules and minimise delays.
/lili Manage progress reporting, site inspections, snagging and quality documentation.
/lili Support project close-out, including OM manuals, safety files, QA documentation and final handover requirements.
/li /ulp Required profile /pulli Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within engineering or construction.
/lili Proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale electrical installation projects.
/lili A relevant electrical trade qualification and/or third-level qualification.
/lili Experience working on design and build construction projects.
/lili Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services systems.
/lili Experience managing subcontractors, construction programmes, health and safety requirements and project delivery.
/lili Experience dealing with industrial relations matters.
/lili Strong communication, organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage projects against strict deadlines.
/lili Must hold a valid EU passport.

This position offers a rotational working arrangement, with flights and accommodation provided.
/pp The Electrical Lead will take responsibility for managing electrical installation packages, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and in accordance with project specifications.
