This role is focused on the technical aspects of projects, primarily dealing with centrifugal pumps and related buyout components such as mechanical seals, electric motors, turbines, lube oil systems, and gears. The Application Engineer will manage technical alignment from project specifications analysis through the "quote to cash" process-starting at the bidding phase and continuing into the early executive phase with supplier order placement. Success in this role requires balancing technical precision with time and cost considerations, working closely within the Commercial Operations team. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbBidding Phase: /b /p ul lipAnalyze customer material requests (MR) and technical specifications /p /li lipPrepare technical specifications for buyout components /p /li lipCollaborate with Instrumentation and Control Engineers (ICE) on instrumentation/control scopes /p /li lipCompile and revise Buyout Technical Material Requisitions (TMR) /p /li lipAlign technically on buyout supplies; prepare Technical Clarification Tables (TBE) and Technical Queries (TQ) /p /li lipCreate comments and deviations lists in cooperation with Commercial Operations Team (COT) /p /li lipEstimate costs for relevant equipment /p /li lipConduct technical risk analysis for projects /p /li lipCoordinate project launch and kickoff meetings following company procedures, including documentation preparation /p /li /ul /li lipbOrder Phase: /b /p ul lipVerify purchase orders (PO)



consistency against latest offers in collaboration with inside/outside sales teams /p /li lipSupport Technical Project Coordinator (TPC) during internal and customer kickoff meetings /p /li lipPrepare final technical specifications leading to finalized TMRs and revisions for buyouts /p /li lipEnsure technical alignment of buyout supplies during order execution /p /li lipParticipate in technical progress meetings with customers and suppliers, including kickoff meetings /p /li lipManage change orders related to buyouts with suppliers and customers, highlighting commercial impacts to Project Manager (PM) and TPC /p /li lipProvide support for field activities related to equipment when necessary /p /li lipAssist TPC with project documentation, particularly first submissions /p /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Qualifications Skills /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field /p /li lipStrong understanding of centrifugal pumps and associated mechanical/electrical components /p /li lipExperience analyzing technical specifications and managing material requisitions /p /li lipKeen attention to detail balancing technical accuracy with time and cost constraints /p /li lipAbility to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams including sales, engineering, suppliers, and customers /p /li lipProficient communication skills for preparing technical documents, queries, clarifications, and reports /p /li lipProblem-solving mindset focused on identifying risks and proposing solutions during project phases /p /li lipFamiliarity with project management processes from bidding through execution phases is a plus /p /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications Skills /h3 ul lipPrevious experience in a similar Application Engineer or Commercial Operations role within industrial projects or pump manufacturing sectors /p /li lipKnowledge of instrumentation/control systems integration alongside mechanical equipment /p /li lipFluency in English /p /li lipStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
