Our technology starts with you. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pWe are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to support activities in sample preparation, morphological characterization, and electron microscopy analysis. He/She will work on alternating morning and afternoon shifts, with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00 for one week and from 13:30 to 21:30 for the following week, Monday to Friday. /ppThe selected candidate will work in a high-tech laboratory environment supporting both development and production activities, with the opportunity to be trained on sample preparation equipment and analysis tools. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare samples for SEM and TEM analysis /liliSupport characterization activities using optical and electron microscopy /liliOperate laboratory equipment for sample preparation and analysis /liliContribute to characterization method development /liliCollect, organize, and analyze technical data /liliSupport problem-solving and failure analysis activities /liliCollaborate with internal technical teams and manufacturing sites /li /ulh3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3ulliTechnical diploma or Bachelor’s degree /liliInterest in materials science, microscopy, and laboratory work /liliPrecision, reliability, and strong attention to detail /liliMotivation to learn and grow in a technical environment /liliTeamwork and communication skills /liliNo previous experience required /liliSuitable for new graduates /liliBasic technical English is preferred /li /ulpThe expected salary range for this position is €29,000 – €36,000 gross annual salary (RAL). /ppIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies.
