/ppThe Candidates support the Operation Manager by managing the operational activities inside BU and transversal through different Area/Depots particularly in the following responsabilities: /pullibDrive Operational Excellence Digital Transformationbr/ /bLead operational improvement initiatives across depots and business units, promoting digitalization, smart tools adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen/APSYS).
/lilibMonitor Performance through KPI Management /bbr/Define, track, and enhance operational, financial, and managerial KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making, fleet performance optimization, and achievement of availability, reliability, safety, and quality targets.
/lilibStandardize Processes, Systems Tools /bbr/Ensure effective use of ERP and maintenance management systems, harmonize operational processes, standardize tools and reporting practices, and support data quality and governance across sites.
/lilibManage Stakeholder, Supplier Customer Relationships /bbr/Act as a key interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal functions, leading operational reviews, coordinating improvement plans, and supporting technical and commercial discussions.
/lilibSupport Business Development Cost Optimization /bbr/Participate in bid and tender activities, assessing operational requirements, contractual obligations, resource capacity,
and cost efficiency to support profitable business growth.
/lilibLead Cross-Functional Coordination Governance /bbr/Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate operational meetings, drive problem-solving and corrective actions, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and support people development across the organization.
