Missions:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate
Pastry Commis Chef
to join our partner company's Pastry Department.
Reporting directly to the
Pastry Chef
, you will support the daily preparation and production of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
This role is ideal for a candidate looking to further develop their pastry skills within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
Profile:
In this position, you will assist the
Pastry Chef
with the preparation of ingredients, mise en place, desserts, and bakery items within the assigned section,



ensuring that all instructions and recipes are followed accurately.
You will contribute to the daily production process, support service operations, and help maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation standards of all pastry products.
You will be responsible for keeping your work area clean and organized, properly handling ingredients and equipment, assisting with stock rotation and storage, and ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, a willingness to learn, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for pastry and baking.
Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, bakery, hotel, or restaurant environment is preferred, although motivated candidates with relevant culinary training will also be considered.
