Abbott seeks a Sales & Therapy Specialist to drive commercial growth and clinical adoption of its LAAO portfolio across Italy's Centro-Sud region. The role combines technical procedure support, physician education, and account development in close collaboration with interventional cardiologists and hospital stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures and ICE imaging applications across the region
Partner with regional sales teams to achieve LAAO sales objectives and develop strategic account plans
Deliver product and therapy education to physicians, cath lab teams, and support physician training and certification
Support commercial discussions, tenders, and value-based selling initiatives; monitor competitive market dynamics
Maintain CRM data,



manage consignment inventory, and ensure compliance with company quality and ethical standards
Requirements
University degree in scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline
Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills
Professional proficiency in English
Ability to influence diverse clinician personality types and build stakeholder relationships
Medical device industry experience preferred
LAAO procedure and interventional cardiology experience preferred
Compensation:
€35,000–€50,000 gross annual salary plus 30% target premio
