Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: We are looking for a Strategy Specialist to join our office in Milan, reporting directly to VP Strategy Director.
The Strategy Specialist supports the definition, development, and monitoring of the Group's corporate and business strategies, partnering with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, transformation, and performance improvement.
The role contributes to strategic planning, market analysis, investment evaluations, and high-impact special projects by providing data-driven insights, actionable recommendations and preparing CEO/Board level presentations.
In particular, you will: Support the development and continuous update of the Group's strategic plan and business unit strategies.
Conduct market analyses, competitive intelligence activities, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Develop business cases, financial analyses,

and economic evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate in the definition and execution of organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including M additional languages are considered a plus.
Preferred Background • Proven of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy function, or a combination thereof.
• Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, or international B2B environments is preferred.
