At least 4 years of experience in a similar A Master's degree in Economics or a related quantitative field ?????? Solid knowledge of CRM strategies, customer engagement channels, KPIs and best practices Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use AI-based solutions to optimise customer engagement and CRM performance Experience in Financial Services, e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus Excellent communication skills The ability to communicate professionally in English ?
