Abbott seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercial growth and clinical adoption of left atrial appendage closure devices and intracardiac echocardiography solutions across assigned accounts in central-southern Italy. The role combines account management, procedural support, and stakeholder engagement with interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts independently, develop account plans, and achieve sales objectives
Provide technical and clinical support during cardiac occluder procedures and procedural planning
Deliver product and therapy education to physicians, cath lab teams, and imaging specialists
Monitor competitive activities, build stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with key opinion leaders
Maintain CRM data, manage consignment inventory,



and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
University degree in scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline
Significant medical device industry experience with interventional cardiology procedures
Proven experience supporting cardiac occluder procedures for left atrial appendage closure
Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills
Professional proficiency in English
Experience with cardiac imaging workflows and intracardiac echocardiography preferred
Compensation:
€50,000–€65,000 gross annual salary plus 35% target premio
