Overview
As Quality Engineering Supervisor, you lead a dashboard-driven quality team across multiple lines to drive process and product quality improvements. You own key metrics for internal and customer-facing quality and collaborate with Lean and CI resources to lift performance. You will shape quality systems compliance with ISO and regulatory standards while developing talent and guiding problem-solving projects. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a company committed to quality in healthcare manufacturing.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a quality team focused on improving manufacturing and service quality metrics
- Drive internal production quality by reducing nonconformances and improving DPU and FPY
- Use data analysis and problem solving to boost customer-facing and internal quality metrics
- Ensure robust production and process controls aligned with Lean strategies
- Align product/service quality improvements with supplier quality initiatives
- Set team objectives that support the overall Quality strategy
- Lead talent development within the team and manage responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years of Quality Engineering experience
- 5–8 years in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries preferred
- 5–8 years within a regulated or certified Quality Management System
- 3–5 years of supplier quality experience
- 3–5 years of Lean methods experience
- ASQ, QSR, or familiarity with QSR/GMP regulations preferred
- 3–5 years of supervising/leading employees
- Customer-focused mindset with urgency
- Team collaboration and professional conduct
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Minitab, Word
