Overview
In this role you will reinforce Bolton’s sustainability reporting and embed reliable data into business decisions. You will align reporting with CSRD and EU Taxonomy, support double materiality assessments, and connect sustainability data with financial reporting and strategic KPIs. You will prepare and review key reporting documents and questionnaires, ensure CSRD/ESRS, GRI and GHG Protocol compliance, and drive data collection tools and process improvements across the group. This is a data-driven, cross-functional role that directly supports Bolton’s sustainability strategy and assurance readiness in Milan.

Responsabilità
- Prepare and review sustainability reporting documents (Sustainability Report, UN Global Compact COP, questionnaires)
- Ensure accuracy and CSRD/ESRS, GRI, GHG Protocol and EU Taxonomy compliance; contribute to assurance readiness
- Contribute to the double materiality assessment (impacts, risks, opportunities, stakeholder engagement, documentation)
- Lead the implementation and improvement of data collection and consolidation tools and processes
- Act as data owner reference across business units and geographies; turn data into actionable insights for decisions
- Collaborate with Finance & Administration on connected reporting, EU Taxonomy reconciliation
- Advance monitoring of sustainability performance via KPI tracking
- Maintain alignment with Bolton’s sustainability strategy and reporting timelines
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in sustainability, economics, engineering, environmental sciences or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability Reporting with knowledge of CSRD/ESRS, GRI and GHG Protocol
- Hands-on experience collecting and consolidating sustainability data from multiple entities or sites
- Excellent English and Italian; other languages a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- CCH Tagetik ESG & Sustainability knowledge is a plus
- Rigor with data and deadlines
- FMCG sector knowledge is a plus
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
