In this role, you will manage procurement for photovoltaic projects and energy efficiency initiatives, coordinating with engineering and project teams to meet timelines and budgets. You’ll optimize supplier onboarding, RFQ processes, and contract drafting to ensure quality and compliance. You will influence supplier performance, delivery reliability, and overall project costs. Responsabilità

- Define and implement supplier onboarding based on technical and financial criteria
- Support updating the Procurement Department Operating Manual
- Managet RFQs, bid comparisons, and purchase orders in line with procedures
- Draft contracts for materials and subcontracted services with Legal
- Monitor delivery schedules, technical compliance, and contract terms
- Maintain and update Vendor List and assess supplier quality performance
- Support Project Team with procurement needs during execution
- Create purchase orders in the ERP system
- Liaise with suppliers on deliveries, schedules, and status updates
- Assist Procurement Manager in contract management and cost reporting

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4–5 years of experience as a Technical Buyer in the energy sector
- Experience with utility-scale photovoltaic projects, plant engineering, and energy efficiency
- Good knowledge of Utility-Scale and C&I; photovoltaic plants
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred

- Technical knowledge of photovoltaic sector, including construction activities, critical supplies, key equipment/materials, and market pricing
- Experience with RFQ management, supplier evaluation, and contract management
- ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
