Overview

In this role you work to maximize motorcycle performance through simulation, data analysis, and trackside support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vehicle development for top-level motorsport competition. You’ll analyze data, configure simulations, and provide setup recommendations to drive performance on race days. The role combines office-based modeling with real-time analysis during testing and events. This is an opportunity to shape performance in a fast-paced, international racing environment.

Responsabilità

- Prepare and configure simulation environments, tools, and performance dashboards
- Analyze historical performance data to identify trends
- Define event plans, setup strategies, and performance objectives
- Conduct real-time performance analysis during tests and races
- Provide setup recommendations based on telemetry and data
- Perform post-event analyses to identify improvements
- Contribute to future race and test planning with data-driven insights
- Develop and enhance performance analysis methodologies and tools




- Correlate simulation results with track data and testing activities
- Support validation of simulation models and cross-team collaboration to improve motorcycle performance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong vehicle dynamics and motorcycle performance fundamentals
- Experience in data analysis, data processing, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of simulation tools and data correlation with real-world results
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods
- Fluent English
- Experience in motorsport or high-performance vehicle environments (preferred)
- Understanding of telemetry systems and data acquisition (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced racing environment
- Clear communication and ability to explain complex concepts
