Overview

As a member of the M&A; team, you will help drive Campari Group's growth through acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and strategic partnerships. You will evaluate opportunities, support due diligence, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to help close deals. This role involves market research, financial modeling, and preparing materials for senior management, with a global, cross-functional scope. You will work closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure rigorous, timely execution and value creation.

Responsabilità

- Support execution of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and joint ventures from initial assessment to signing and closing
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic initiatives
- Conduct market research and screening activities
- Prepare financial analyses, valuation models and business cases in collaboration with Finance
- Assist in due diligence across legal, financial, tax and operational workstreams
- Coordinate external advisors and internal stakeholders involved in transaction processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and deal delivery
- Prepare presentations, investment memoranda and management materials

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field (specialization in Corporate Finance preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, business case development and valuation techniques
- Strong Excel and Power Point skills; English fluency; other languages a plus
- International mindset and ability to operate in a multicultural environment
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
