Overview
In this role you will support the Construction Quality Control Manager and project team to implement and monitor QC management systems for complex energy, chemical, and petrochemical plant projects. You will help ensure deliverables meet contractual quality requirements and drive continuous improvement across on-site and office activities. The position combines field exposure with integration into a global, multidisciplinary team. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold safety and quality standards and contribute to successful project delivery.

Responsabilità
- Plan, develop and execute quality programmes aligned with contract quality plans
- Set up and populate completion and turnover databases
- Prepare and maintain quality plans and specifications
- Maintain, document and deploy Wood Quality Management Systems
- Assist in quality review and approval of requisitions
- Review subcontractor QMS, plans and ITPs to ensure compliance
- Assist management of Non-Conformances and corrective actions
- Support tender packages and proposals
- Attend kick-off meetings and define quality implementation
- Promote quality awareness through training and communication
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement
- Assist local management reviews and KPI reporting
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years of Quality experience (preferably in relevant industry)
- Graduate in Engineering or technical diploma
- Field experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel and be on site
- Fluent in English
- Desirable: Knowledge of Construction Quality Control Systems
- Desirable: Knowledge of completion and turnover management process
