Overview

As a Product Developer within Bottega Veneta's Flou collection, you will drive development and on-time delivery of luxury garments. You will manage BOMs, style coding, and information transfer to suppliers, collaborating with Design, Atelier and external partners. You will keep PLM up to date and ensure prototypes meet quality standards while maintaining a fast-paced workflow. This role sits in Industrial Operations and offers a path to growth within a global luxury group.

Responsabilità

- Oversee part of the Flou collection development within the Flou Product Development team
- Code all models and compile bill of materials, transferring information to suppliers
- Participate at handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers
- Collect information on changes and improvements during fittings and update technical sheets in PLM
- Ensure prototypes are delivered in time following quality standards
- Update PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates)
- Handover to production of the garments
- Research special workmanships, embroideries and finishing when required

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3-4 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems is essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
- Effective in managing relationships with Design and Merchandising teams
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
