Overview

In this role, you will join the Enterprise Risk Management team to monitor the company’s risk profile, support risk assessment activities, manage KRIs, and contribute to the risk reporting and framework improvements. You will work under senior team guidance to collect risk data, maintain ERM documentation, and track risk treatment actions. The position emphasizes collaboration across functions to enhance risk governance and awareness. This is an opportunity to influence risk management at scale and support a structured, standards-driven program.

Responsabilità

- Maintain risk governance tools and the Risk Register to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Support ISO certifications activities, including risk assessments and monitoring
- Execute risk assessment activities and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Track mitigation actions, follow up with owners, and flag delays to senior team
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and materials for management and committees
- Support ERM methodologies, templates, and guidance materials
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and risk awareness across business units

Requisiti fondamentali

- Approximately 2 years of experience in ERM, ICT Risk, Internal Audit, consulting or related area
- Degree in engineering, economics, law or equivalent field
- Knowledge of risk assessment concepts and risk management processes
- Familiarity with governance/risk management or internal control frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000 or COBIT (advantageous)
- Knowledge of DORA and EU AI Act implications for technology and risk management
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 and their application
- Confidence with data, spreadsheets, and structured documentation; experience with KRIs or dashboards (advantageous)
- Good written and spoken English
