Overview

In this role you will manage day-to-day HR requests across multiple service lines with a focus on Employee Life Cycle. You’ll support internal customers, ensure timely, accurate processing, and contribute to continuous improvement through AI-enabled tools. You will work within a hybrid model and collaborate with the HR Operations team to drive efficient, compliant service delivery. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys optimizing processes and leveraging technology to simplify HR work.

Responsabilità

- Execute HR Services in line with SOPs, policies and SLAs
- Support employee queries via ticketing tools with timely, quality responses
- Identify and implement process improvements using feedback, experience and AI tools
- Leverage AI and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy
- Perform data entry and maintain high-quality HR data
- Provide on-demand HR reports and data-driven insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement culture and change initiatives
- Support cross-functional HR projects and ad hoc activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication, customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Genuine curiosity towards AI, digital tools and emerging HR technologies
- Experience in process improvement, simplification and change management
- Ability to communicate in Italian and English (written and spoken)
