Overview

In ABB’s Distribution Solutions, you will convert customer orders for MV switchgear into compliant drawings and BOMs. You’ll lead technical discussions with customers and coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery. You’ll support project managers on claims, specs, and safety standards while driving customer satisfaction. This role exposes you to cross-functional collaboration and hands-on problem solving with a focus on impactful, real-world electrical projects.

Responsabilità

- Convert customer orders into drawings and BOMs for MV switchgear per requirements
- Lead technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors
- Support project managers with claims, customer specifications, and safety standards
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through project stages
- Select appropriate electrical equipment
- Resolve technical issues for customers and address product questions
- Collaborate with operations and quality to develop management and communication skills

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor or diploma in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field
- At least 2 years as a project engineer in electrical distribution with MV switchgear
- Proficiency in SAP, EPlan, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English skills and strong safety commitment
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, team-oriented, effective communicator
