Overview

In this role you drive financial performance for Procurement and Accounts Payable, optimizing working capital and supplier financing while shaping process improvements. You collaborate across Procurement, Treasury, FP&A;, and Controllership to strengthen governance and enable efficient cash flow. You will lead financial analysis, dashboards, and strategic initiatives that enhance supplier engagement and finance automation. Responsabilità

- Oversee financial governance of Accounts Payable, monitor disbursements, terms, and invoice processing efficiency
- Partner with Procurement to support sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and payment term tracking
- Lead supplier financing programs (including dynamic discounting) and working capital initiatives
- Establish KPIs, dashboards,



and analytics for procurement, cash flow, and supplier financing adoption
- Coordinate planning cycles, forecasts, and operating reviews related to procurement spend and disbursements
- Drive initiatives to simplify and standardize procure-to-pay processes and enhance internal controls
- Collaborate with Digital and Operations to leverage automation and AI for efficiency and data quality
- Ensure governance, compliance, and control frameworks across procurement and accounts payable

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and knowledge of Oracle ERP
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, prioritize, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong problem solving, process improvement, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
