Overview
In this role you will contribute to the EICE team by advancing technology development practices and AI-enabled productivity. You will work with cross-functional groups to shape competencies, contribute to publications, and promote AI literacy across the organization. You help ensure alignment of electrical, instrumentation, and controls technology with strategy and innovation goals. Responsabilità
- Author and co-author technical papers, abstracts, and journals
- Review and edit manuscripts for internal/external audiences to enable collaborations
- Support adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI tools within EICE
- Promote AI literacy and capability building across the EICE community
- Distribute and standardize documentation across the organization
- Ensure alignment of Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls technology growth with strategic/innovation initiatives
- Contribute to shaping and mapping roles/competencies and CMS-based development paths
- Shape and organize learning content according to Technical Title Holders inputs
- Coordinate EICE learning plan and ensure effective budget allocation and spending
- Lead internal initiatives (all-hands, technical sessions, EICE talks) and EICE Voice distribution
Requisiti fondamentali
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field or M. Sc. with demonstrated research and publication record
- Strong academic background with scientific rigor and analytical thinking
- 0–3 years of industrial/post-doctoral experience in engineering, research, or technology development
- Proven involvement in technical publications, conference papers, journal articles, or research projects
- Demonstrated interest/experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging digital technologies with ability to translate to engineering value
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and scientific communication
