pWe are looking for an experienced bCustomer Contract Manager /b to manage the end-to-end client contract lifecycle, including request-to-cash activities, service setup, governance, commercial management, process optimisation, and organic growth.
/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliManage client contracts, governance, obligations, risks, quality, and profitability.
/liliDesign and optimise request-to-cash processes.
/liliLead client engagement and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
/liliSupport solution design, service creation, commercial proposals, and contract growth.
/liliDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
/li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliMinimum b5 years of client-facing experience /b in the telecom or IT industry.
/liliStrong client relationship, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
/liliExperience in contract management, process optimisation, financial management, and matrix teams.
/liliDegree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.
/liliITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous.
