Responsabilità
- Plan and run field trials across Italy within budget and deadlines
- Validate and report trial results on schedule
- Oversee R&D; testing facilities and certifications to ensure GEP and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement of field R&D; operations and support team development
- Act as main contact for national authorities on R&D; activities, GEP and EHS matters
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in agriculture, natural sciences, or related field
- Several years in crop protection, preferably in product research and development
- Strong knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements for crop protection products
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Excellent English and fluent Italian (written and spoken)
