In this role, you will support mapping, analyzing and improving warehouse processes at adidas Campus South, a fully automated facility in Mantua. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Process and Data Analysis teams to reduce waste, boost productivity and strengthen process stability. You’ll help develop reporting and forecasting tools to enable data-driven decisions and better capacity planning. Responsabilità
- Map and analyze warehouse processes; translate maps into measurable drivers, costs and tariff components
- Participate in shopfloor observations and data collection to understand execution and identify improvements
- Identify deviations from standard processes and gaps between expected and actual performance
- Analyze productivity,
quality and operational performance data to uncover bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Process, Quality and Data Analysis teams to identify wastes and quick fix actions
- Develop tools and dashboards to provide visibility on performance, workload trends and capacity gaps
- Support forecasting tool development to anticipate workload and criticalities
- Learn and apply basic process improvement methodologies under senior guidance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Candidate at first professional experience; student or recent graduate
- Degree in relevant fields or ITS qualification
- Interest in warehouse operations, process analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Basic analytical skills; ability to work with operational data and KPIs
- Good communication and organizational skills; proactive, hands-on approach
