Scorra verso il basso per scoprire quali competenze, esperienze e titoli di studio sono necessari.We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong analytical capabilities and a hands?on product development mindset to join the Car & Door Configurable Models and Mechanism team.The role is balanced between FEM simulations and product development.
Around 50% of the work will focus on structural analysis, validation, risk identification, and optimization of mechanical components.
The remaining 50% will focus on CAD design in Creo, engineering documentation, testing support, industrialization, engineering changes, and collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing teams.Key responsibilitiesPerform FEM simulations to evaluate, validate, and optimize elevator car and door components; Translate simulation and test results into practical design recommendations; Develop CADmodels, drawings, and technical documentation in Creo; Support testing, industrialization, supplier collaboration, and manufacturing readiness; Manage engineering changes and contribute from concept development to serial production.RequirementsMSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent; 0 to 3 years of experience in FEM analysis, structural simulation, mechanical design, or product development; Knowledge of FEM tools such as Ansys or equivalent; Good CAD skills, preferably with Creo,
and ability to create clear engineering documentation; Fluent in Italian and English.Soft skillsAnalytical mindset combined with a practical engineering approach; Proactive attitude, ownership, and ability to work in international, cross?functional teams; Problem?solving mindset and willingness to turn analysis into implementable product solutions.This position is based in Pero (MI), Italy.Employment Details:Contract Type : Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) – Metalworking IndustryBase Salary: Starting from €****** Gross Annual Salary (RAL), negotiable based on the candidate's experience and backgroundCompensation & Benefits: Performance?based incentives and comprehensive company benefitsWe believe in diversity, inclusion and equity.
