Responsibilities
Coordinate field sales team visiting assigned physician targets nationally
Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders in the region
Oversee budget and sales performance for seven regional zones
Requirements
4–5 years in a management or supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting individual performance targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Leadership and team collaboration abilities
Autonomous, organized, and proactive approach
Degree in scientific disciplines (Law ******)
Compensation:
€55,000 base salary (RAL), plus performance bonuses and company car
