Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Managers based in Italy.
You will lead and coach a 4–6 CSM team across EMEA and APAC, guiding renewals, churn reduction, and expansion opportunities in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Work with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers, establish reliable forecasts, and improve CS playbooks.
This fully remote leadership role includes travel for customer meetings and events and offers location-adjusted compensation.
