/p pThe Head of Cloud will lead the evolution of MotorK's cloud infrastructure environment to a state of the art AI driven platform engineering team.

/li liAll In on AI: We are extreme on AI adoption, we do everything with AI, cloud infra is no difference /li /ul pThis role offers the opportunity and autonomy to make decisions in the cloud and infrastructure domain for the leading SaaS company in the European automotive industry and to guide your colleagues in software development to adopt best practices in CI/CD, SRE, and infra maintenance.
/p ul liExtensive experience (minimum of 8 years) working in a live production cloud infrastructure is essential.
Experience in environments serving thousands of clients with SLA commitments is highly advantageous.
/li liProven experience in production?critical environments with SRE framework adoptions is necessary.
You will be expected to develop/build the observability platform and lead the implementation of a mature SRE framework across company products and development teams, ensuring SLO/SLA for our customers.
/li liObsessed on AI.
Everything should be AI First / AI driven / Done with AI /li liGood Knowledge of Cloud Services, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Governance Cost Control experience is essential, as MotorK is a cloud?native environment.
/li liSolid understanding of: /li liInfrastructure as a code at scale.
/li liAWS Governance Experience, with a focus on Security Networking.
/li liFinOps and Cost Controlling.
/li liDisaster recovery and business continuity in cloud environments.
/li liSolid experience in CI/CD tools and frameworks and DevOps adoption as you are required to evolve the CI/CD platform and help other teams in adopting best practices in continuous deployment.
/li liThis is a leadership position.
You will lead your team and champion the use of best practices throughout MotorK's Tech organization.
Prior experience in team management and the ability to communicate effectively in senior management settings are essential for this role.
/li liSalary from €85,000/year with the final offer adjusted based on experience and skill set.
