Clinical Research Coordinator - Part Time

IQVIA seeks a tempo parziale Clinical Research Coordinator to support trial execution at a clinical research site in Rome. The 20-hour-per-week role, lasting approximately 6 months, involves administrative and clinical tasks including patient screening, documentation management, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Perform prescreening and screening tasks; review site database charts
Maintain and update study documentation, CRFs, EDC systems, and eTMFs
Support patient enrollment, informed consent collection, and privacy documentation
Manage investigational product accountability, compliance tracking, and inventory
Coordinate patient scheduling and logistical activities for study procedures
Requirements




Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent clinical/medical experience
Minimum 2 years as Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse, or Clinical Research Coordinator
Familiarity with study protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical trial procedures
Experience with lab sample processing and IRT/IWRS systems
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Strong medical terminology knowledge and English fluency
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
€29,800–€44,800 base (annualized)
