/liliRecommend financial actions aligned to business objectives.
/liliLead the Sales and Operational Planning (SOP) process for the region.
/liliPrepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior management.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to track strategic initiatives and support projects.
/liliDrive process improvements and automation with Center of Excellence to improve efficiency, control, and decision support.
/liliStrong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning in a dynamic multinational environment (preferably FMCG).
/liliAdvanced Excel and experience with SAP, EPM, Power BI.
/liliExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.
/liliFluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish or Greek is a plus.
