**Your role**:
As the Retail Manager Full Price Central and South of Italy you will be part of the Retail Team and you will directly report to the Retail Director WW, being responsible for a retail network of mature and top stores, managing daily operations and visits to achieve consistency and efficiency. **What you will do**: - Manage a retail network of mature and top full price stores daily on-site to maximize potential
- Build and establish commercial & customer centric mind-set at Store Manager and Assistant Manager level through KPI and service excellence trainings (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Inspire, motivate, develop, and coach your team through effective leadership to ensure that sales targets are achieved
- Full P&L; responsibility of the respective area
- Develop brand awareness in each location through local networking and market activity
- Perform permanently store visits to train, support,
motivate and develop entire store teams
- Report actions to Retail Director WW on a regular basis
- Liaise with HQ functions in Italy to give store and market insights in order to improve overall performance **Experience & qualifications you will bring**: - 5+ years of experience in Retail Management in the Fashion business, preferably in the Premium space
- KPI driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and to achieve business goals with tight deadlines
