CHEF DE PARTIE The Chef de Partie is responsible for the section assigned to him/her by the Chef, for the preparation of the final product, for the control, cleaning and organization of the section and of the areas assigned to him/her always by the Chef. The Chef de Partie, under the supervision of the Chef, also takes care of the close management of the Commis. In the execution of his/her duties, he/she adheres to the fundamental notions related to HACCP regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional diploma in Hospitality and Catering or a recognized culinary qualification (e.g. ALMA)
- HACCP training certificate
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or gourmet restaurant
- Previous experience in luxury hotels is not required
- Availability to work split shifts
