Groups & Events Coordinator – Arbatax Park Resort | Falkensteiner (April 2027)
Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is an international family-run hotel group, founded in 1957 in South Tyrol and currently present in 6 European countries with over 30 Hotels & Residences. The Group employs approximately 2,000 people and a significant seasonal workforce.
In 2026, Falkensteiner took over the operational management of Arbatax Park Resort , a unique property in the landscape of Italian hospitality: spanning over 60 hectares of nature, with around 900 rooms distributed across seven hotels, and undergoing an important development, restyling, and repositioning phase supported by investments of approximately 30 million euros.
The property features two main operational areas: Borgo Cala Moresca, designed as a charming, traditional Sardinian village focused on relaxation, and Telis, a dynamic area immersed in greenery tailored for families and sports enthusiasts.

Groups & Events Coordinator
Your responsibilities with us:
- Gathering all group information, programs, sold services, and specific client requests directly from the sales representative.
- Coordinating with the Booking Office to verify and align information regarding stays, rooming lists, arrivals, departures, contract terms, and room categories within the PMS.
- Timely sharing group needs with involved departments (Front Office, F&B;, Kitchen, Restaurant, Housekeeping, and Technical teams), ensuring all activities are correctly prepared.
- Operationally coordinating welcome services, coffee breaks, group lunches and dinners, meetings, activities, events,
and all additional services included in the program.
- Verifying that dedicated areas, rooms, materials, equipment, and setups are ready according to the agreed guidelines.
- Being present during group arrivals, events, and scheduled services to monitor activities and intervene promptly when needed.
- Serving as the operational point of contact for group needs, coordinating responses with relevant departments, and managing any changes to the original program.
- Monitoring that services are delivered as agreed, and ensuring requests communicated by the sales representative are received and respected by all departments.
- Reviewing administrative and accounting data related to the role, reporting discrepancies to the relevant teams.
What you can bring:
- Background in hotel operations, group coordination, reservations, or hospitality roles.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-department coordination abilities with top-tier attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation procedures.
- Excellent communication for client and team relations, problem-solving, and adaptability to changes.
- Highly collaborative approach to cross-departmental tasks.
- Good command of English; additional foreign languages are a strong asset.
