Role Description The Graphic Web Designer is a full-time on-site role based in Ortisei. This position is responsible for designing visually compelling websites that align with client brand identities and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating layouts and graphic elements, developing and refining logos and branding assets, selecting and applying typography, and collaborating with copywriters and marketing specialists to ensure cohesive design and messaging.

Designer will translate client concepts into user-friendly, responsive designs,
prepare assets for web development, and support continuous optimization of existing sites. The role involves working closely with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality, timely design solutions that strengthen online presence and marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating web-ready visual assets and layouts.
- Ability to develop Logo Design and Branding concepts that reflect client identity and market positioning.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for digital interfaces.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and basic understanding of web design principles (responsive design, UX/UI).
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO and online marketing concepts is an advantage, especially for designing conversion-oriented pages.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with developers is a plus, as well as experience in the tourism or hospitality sector.
